Make your library a place where adult literacy programs create economic development for the community. Use heat maps to target high-challenge literacy service areas. Define and track measurable service outcomes related to employment, postsecondary education and job training programs. Learn how it's done at the Computer Assisted Literacy in Libraries (CALL) Program, a unique partnership between the fabulous Las Vegas-Clark County Library District (LVCCLD) and the Nevada Department of Education through Title II of the Workforve Investment Act, commonly known as the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA).

This Discussion Starter panel presentation will include leadership from the Nevada Department of Education and staff from the CALL Program, moderated by the LVCCLD's Literacy Services Coordinator, Tim McDonald.
