Speaker: Robert Barr

Have you heard of TED talks or TEDx events? Perhaps you’ve been interested in hosting a TEDx program at your library, but have been stumped by the licensing application or the seeming enormity of the task? In this session you’ll learn a method for hosting TEDx events that can be accomplished with ease by a library of any size. It takes no more time than planning a book club meeting. We’ll also watch a few TED talks, learn a little about the history of the TED organization, and participate in a simulated program.
